RYCO 24•7 is proud to introduce to their fleet of on-site service trucks the brand-new Rapid Response Units (RRU).

These Rapid Response Units will be rolling out to support emergency breakdown services throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields-Esperance regions.

Currently RYCO 24•7 have six RRU Toyota’s and six RRU trailers in production with the first three trailers due by the end of June 2021. We expect to have the RRU fleet fully rolled out by November 2021.

The trailers can be dropped off in one location leaving the Toyota vehicle to continue to a second location. These will be backed up by our 4×4 IN-PIT service trucks that will be matched to our new on-site hose shops. The first three IN-PIT service trucks are due to be rolled out in the Pilbara region by the end of June 2021 with the 4^th and 5^th trucks due on the road by the end of August 2021.

The IN-PIT trucks matched with our on-site RYCO 24•7 Mobile Workshops means that we can repair, maintain, and replace hydraulic hose assemblies on most mine sites throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields-Esperance regions.

These purpose-built vehicles are fully customisable, and we can alter the layouts to suit our customers’ requirements.  The vehicles not only provide hydraulic hose breakdown service but carry a range of stock including hose assemblies, adaptors, couplings, and workshop tools.
