New owned and operated RYCO 24•7 branch NOW opened in Karratha.
We are happy to welcome Karratha, Western Australia to the RYCO 24•7 network with the introduction of a Service Centre and Mobile Connector Specialists, located at Unit 1, 12 Coolawanyah Road, Karratha.
Pilbara Area Manager –Terry Stevens comments “we are so excited and thrilled to announce RYCO 24•7 Karratha is now operational for both retail and wholesale.”
The branch has two specialised Mobile Connector Specialists with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in hose and fittings.
Karratha is the third branch within the Pilbara region, joining Port Hedland and Newman locations. All three Pilbara sites are capable of carrying out hose assembly and maintenance work in particular for major mine sites across Western Australia.
RYCO 24•7 look forward to continue growing within the Pilbara area especially with the addition of our new fleet of RYCO 24•7 Rapid Response Units (RRU) and RYCO 24•7 Plug-N-Play Trailers.

RYCO 24•7 is proud to introduce to their fleet of on-site service trucks the brand-new Rapid Response Units (RRU).
These Rapid Response Units will be rolling out to support emergency breakdown services throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields-Esperance regions.
Currently RYCO 24•7 have six RRU Toyota’s and six RRU trailers in production with the first three trailers due by the end of June 2021. We expect to have the RRU fleet fully rolled out by November 2021.
The trailers can be dropped off in one location leaving the Toyota vehicle to continue to a second location. These will be backed up by our 4×4 IN-PIT service trucks that will be matched to our new on-site hose shops. The first three IN-PIT service trucks are due to be rolled out in the Pilbara region by the end of June 2021 with the 4th and 5th trucks due on the road by the end of August 2021.
The IN-PIT trucks matched with our on-site RYCO 24•7 Mobile Workshops means that we can repair, maintain, and replace hydraulic hose assemblies on most mine sites throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields-Esperance regions.
These purpose-built vehicles are fully customisable, and we can alter the layouts to suit our customers’ requirements. The vehicles not only provide hydraulic hose breakdown service but carry a range of stock including hose assemblies, adaptors, couplings, and workshop tools.
